So I've been practically reskilling almost everytime to test how the improved skill trees are when I found out that there's a 1z skill reset sold by kafras (been gone for about 2months).
As like the title says, I tried using level 5 of Arrow Impact then add 1 point till level 10; what I noticed is that slow doesnt seem to improve past the 40% like it says at and beyond level 6 (the debuff icon on monster also still says 40%), and at level 10 - the skill still gives 10 Concentration instead of 15. Can someone confirm this one for me?
I tried searching about this and didnt found anything related to the skill though. If there is one, I apologize for making a topic already been/being discussed.
