I have already filed a ticket for my 3 accounts and just now my other 2 accounts are blocked too, even the inactive one. What the hell is wrong? Then I'll get the answer within 48 hours and I'm not sure if I'll get a response within that period and could be even longer. Could somebody from the support team address the issue immediately? It's really inconvenient that an account is being blocked without details. 

 

PS: Making a topic in here because I don't know what to do now.

Make sure to only create one ticket per issue. If all the accounts are under your name then that would be one ticket.

 

Be sure to give our support team time to respond back to you.

@Valakas - Yep. I am 100% sure that I did not break any rules.

 

@Shazamo - Alright. I created one for each and on the other one, I included all of the usernames on the report.

I think it has been 48 hours since I sent my reports. I haven't received any e-mails or reply on the support page but I assume that your support team have read my tickets and I think I need an explanation now on why my accounts were blocked. Should I message you hour by hour mr. Shazamo just for my ticket to be prioritized and have an immediate action? -______-' I am really annoyed right now.

So I spoke to the Support team, it seems a handful of accounts were blocked due to having ties to RMT, Zulie Sellers, etc.  Your tickets will be answer/resolved in the near future.

How near is that? I am not involved in any RMT, zulie seller thingies. Well hopefully I got an idea on why were my accounts blocked. I hope it would not take them years for them to contact me. Hahaha! That allegations just made me laugh, sorry.

Sorry! Broad. Like a general statement since I am not sure why your account is banned. I personally only ban botters and Zulie Shouters.

And I waited.. still no response.

 

Really frustrated since the problem happened. Why don't these support department people just tell me if I'd be able to plea for my accounts or not. I don't know if there's still hope in getting them back because everyday I have been checking my mails, this forums and the support page. 

 

I don't know if I am just wasting my time in here messaging people.

Forums is not the place for you to post disgruntled feelings about an action taken on your Account.

If your unhappy with the Support Teams decision, you should let them know via the ticket system, or you contact a Community Manager via Forums pm system.
