3rd class skills that ignore flee?

I want to ask about the skill itself first:

1.Do they still hit enemies even the character only have 1 dexterity?

2.Will they also ignore Perfect Dodge?

3.Even though they ignore flee,would they bypass defensive buff (Guard,Parry,KE etc)?

 

And i want to know what those skills are.

I only have this few in my knowledge:

 

Rune Knight

Dragon Breath

 

Royal Guard

Gloria Domini

Martyr's Reckoning

Pinpoint Attack

 

Geneticist

Acid Bomb

Bomb

Cart Cannon

 

Mechanic

Arm Cannon

 

Guillotine Cross

Soul Destroyer (only a portion of it)

Stone Fling

 

Shadow Chaser

Stone Fling

 

Ranger

Blast Mine

Blitz Beat

Claymore Trap

Fire Trap (only a portion of it)

Ice Trap (only a portion of it)

Land Mine

Warg Strike

 

Maestro & Wanderer

Metallic Sound

 

Sura

Gates of Hell (only a portion of it)

Guillotine Fist

Occult Impaction

 

All magical skills are flee-ignoring (Skills that belong to Warlocks/Sorcerers/Arch Bishops)

Can someone please help me complete this? :thx:

Just saying, active skills(skill button+point click) will never be affected by enemy perfect dodge. Only auto attacks will be affected by it.

Pinpoint attack, Soul Destroyer, Guillotine Fist.

Just saying, active skills(skill button+point click) will never be affected by enemy perfect dodge. Only auto attacks will be affected by it.

 

Kinda off topic,but i am pretty sure Swordsman Bash (hot key+click) will miss target if their flee is too high.

Pinpoint attack, Soul Destroyer, Guillotine Fist.

Um... I'm not sure where you're going with this.  I'm talking about perfect dodge and you're talking about flee in response to my post for some reason... I'm just curious as to why lol.

 

Also  guillotine fist and soul destroyer are 2nd class/2nd class trans skills. And as for skills that bypass kyrie, I'm somewhat certain that all physical skills are blocked by kyrie if it doesn't break kyrie's damage threshold. In that case kyrie blocks as much damage off as it can before it breaks.

Those skills are usable by their 3rd class too though.

Yes,it does.The only way for it to miss is elemental influence.

all skills that in description saiys that does crit(don't mistake by normal crit atk) hit always no matter your dex,gx have also counter slash for what i recall

all MAGIC IGNORES FLEE. It's pointless to list adoramus and such. May as well list napalm beat at that point. All warlock skills etc. Metallic sound from wanderer is magic and so it won't be fleed, etc.

fire trap from ranger skill tree..probably all other traps too, idk can't log in atm..

Looked up some information on the wiki,most of Hunter traps are flee-ignoring.

Still have no idea about Ranger's traps though :wah:

 

Edit:Ranger's Fire Trap and Ice Trap ignore flee,only a portion of it like Gates of Hell and Soul Destroyer.
