If there is any way to get my hands on this item???

 

I mean ppl were selling them for around 400mil or even more which in no way in hell i can get that much zeny to afford one.

If you cant get 400M then theres no way you can get ones yourself, I think it's a drop from one of the mobs from biolab 4
