Don't tell me the effects will be broken after the day it expires and will continue to remain having the same effects? Then... It will be better than Rudolf?

Start making masses of them so then players can sell them for 250-300m?

This hat is the worst hat ever made on RO  Its not even cool or funny, its just a plain stupid 

Would be better if it was horse tail on your head, or running horse on your head, and to be honest, horse (especially the head) is never become cute no matter how you design it  .  

The quest itself so boring, would be better if you make it like the dragon hat quest. And hunt 200 items from a small amount of mob' spawn make it even more boring.

For a costume, the effect is good though. but i guess it will be useless when its effect expired

so i did the big mama unicorn kill count. where do i turn it in? i talked to the board quest and nothing happen after i got the kill count.
