When trying to log in to the game i get this message Prohibited to log in until 2067-12-31. i have sent ticket already and they have asked me for more info to confirm my account within 6 hrs, i replied and have wait 50 hrs already no answer yet! 

any one had that before? 

i have this week off and cant play the game:(

 can any one help or give any helpful info on how to fix that

You have to be patient sir. Because it is a weekend only a few GMs are rostered on. Explain your case to them. Whether you did it or not try to be honest. If you made a mistake, apologize and admit you were in the wrong and that it will never happen again. Otherwise prove to them why you did nothing wrong.
They are very busy people and are most likely attending to other tickets in similar circumstances like yourself.
