I'm just wondering what the duration is on the Raider's Accordance skill. The description is kinda brief in a couple areas. The skill book lists a cooldown time of 2.5s, but mentions nothing about duration. Given it's a 2.5s cooldown, I'm guessing it isn't short. Also, the book says it stacks Crit %, but does it stack the attack power as well with the Vicious Accordance buff? I know buffs don't usually stack, but I'm curious if the attack power boost will with this skill. 

 

Basically, I'd like to know a few minor details before I apply it to my skill set. Thanks in advance.

So during the server mess, I bought a raider's accordance tome from premium shop to test it out.

It says "10% chance to apply an extra stack of Critical impact and Critical weakness on damage."

But I don't see any extra stack at all, it's still 10 stacks max for Critical impact and 10 stacks max for Critical weakness. Unless, I mean misunderstand it, it is saying it changes the standard 20% chance to stack up to 30% chance to stack up?

Yeah, it's probably wrongly worded, but it increases stack chance, not allow for extra stacks.
