I have purchased 2 of them from the mall, I cant understand how to use them. please.... I have 1 more question how do I trade bond items as well I have both xeon to take them off but cant or dont understand how to take it off.

Bind on Equip Xeon = rightclick the bind on equip xeon, drag the item to unbind in the window, ok - done
Bind on Acquire = target the player u want to trade such an item to, choose "Trade Bind on Acquire", drag the item in the left slot, drag the bind on acquire xeon in the right slot, ok - done
