Whenever i am casting the Kaite skill on my Linker, I always have a double damage effect to me on every monster. i don't know if this is a bug or what. please help

A player under the influence of Kaite will receive a flat 400% more damage from melee attacks. So for example, a player under the influence of Kaite getting hit with an attack that normally deals 1000% damage will take 1400% damage.

 

Kaite is used to reflect targeted magic damage to the caster at a 50% rate, but you take 4x more physical damage. There's no reason to use it on PvM unless you're trying to suicide. It's no good in WoE either except for casting on enemies so they take more physical damage.
