how come i finish the skill for sonic acceleration, but still i didn't get it. i don't know the reason why. please help me with this. and also when i tried to to do the quest again it doesn't want to give it again.

I have the same problem... sent in a ticket, they said they fixed it... but they didn't. Waiting for a response on it when I responded with a nope it still doesn't work.
