Pretty much what scribble said. The only thing I'd add is SP consumption for single target damage builds and don't say to bring pots because I ran out of explorer blues a long time ago, which is sad considering how I still have hundreds of explorer reds from the letters event.
The defense and hp is currently unnecessary in PvE and useless in PvP where AGI stacking is really the only way to go unless you want a hit rate of .01%. Alternatives for the 1 VIT = 2 DEF boost would be 1 VIT= 21~22 HP to keep with the 2:3 ratio that most classes have with their boosts. As the only tank that requires hit rate to survive though, a hit rate boost could also be considered but that's not nearly as big a problem now as it was pre-AoV in terms of PvE.
The only point where I don't agree with scribble is the frenzy effect not applying to fury strike. It would be great to have, but it's not really necessary because of fury strike generating BP for each mob hit. In single target battles it adds a dynamic where you'd switch back to the old pre-AoV rotation for BP generation despite the lower damage from not using fury strike. If this were any other game I would have imagined that it was intended, but it probably is a bug that has to do with fury strike being the only skill that always gives the same amount of BP.
Edit: In case this might end up starting any sort of debate I'd like to clarify that three of my top four choices for BM VCR are already candidates, and I"m sure any other BM would agree with me here. (Unlike in some other VCR threads)
