The Description says : If the wearer is a Rogue or Stalker, ATK +10% and MATK +10%

 

Since it says Rogue or Stalker, what makes it useful for Chasers since it's a different class

Byrogue card existed long before Shadow Chasers were implemented.
The item description never got updated, but Shadow Chasers are a branch of the Rogue job tree (Rogue -> Stalker -> Shadow Chaser), and get the effect of the card as well.

Just had to clear it up, I tested it and there wasn't a damage difference on atk but using magic there was a slight difference

That ATK+10% shines when you already have a high amount of ATK. If your base ATK is small, it won't make any huge difference in damage. Better use porcellio card in this case.

I'm an ASS type so the ATK doesn't really matter

its not reallh the card, I can't see much difference with a brynhilldr either, and that doesnt have a class restriction. +10% race-style atk increase just isn't that useful in renewal.
