It's a picture created back in 2007. If you were actually the artist I'm pretty sure having to remove the original artist's watermark and replacing it with your own would never have been an option.

 

Not to mention the character is the first image when google searching for "RO1 Maestro".

 

I don't know about you guys, but I'm calling plagiarism here.

haha the signature tipped me off. you don't paint something like that and not sign it with your own handwriting, or at least pick a better font; it's been cloned over. 

please don't take other artists' work
