It has to be long slow and hard ( as it was pre AoV whit 158 more quests and way less hp per VIT), new conten mustn't for any reason overwrite old content but need to be an addition after (raids needed to be a quest to became master levels), any new feature in game need to be explained in game with the introduction of new quests (DNA, etc.).
Kafra points items, here there is a really big issue:
Ftp players need to have the possibility to complete the game and be competitive against not ftp players. Players that spend money want extras i can say USELESS extras they don't want win easily against ftp players they want an easier life in levelling not an easier life in pvp, they want good looking, funny costumes, little advances (thief potions for exanple or blue spinels against the red ones), infinium right now is an item that scare players away, randomnes in costumes and the gender bound is something maybe worst. I really don't know how they don't understand it.
