Will soulbound items remain soulbound or will they be soulbound on equip?

 

I will share my thoughts with you:

I think, if we get the item by mail it will be soulbound on equip (that would be obvious), but if the items will "dropped" into the inventory of the particulary character the chance could be high that the item is already soulbound to this character.

 

Please don't rely on my post, but this is what I see as the most likely possibility.

im pretty sure they will just recreate the item so i dont think they will give you an allready pre-soulbound item, though it might be soulbound on equip O_o and they could put restrictions on it like the lvl 1 mist set has. dunno just speculating.

From what I was told, the item would be recreated(copy) of the weapon/item/armor you had on the EU Server.

As ShazamO said, we will be informed when the items will be given to us. It will take some time. Just be patient. 

I think we'll get it within the next week.

They just closed your ticket because you need no further assistance and there is no need to let this ticket stayed open.

Me myself worked in customer support (not here, but for a company in Germany) for a long time and I have some experiences regarding such kind of job.
