Is it just me or anyone else notice the new rifles have really sad damage compared to everything else...

 

They also are the only new guns with 2 slots.

it's been asked at tiki but i havent watch it so i dunno if it's answered

The only way I can think of is via slotting NPC the seiyablem or leiyablem
 

For example, if you want to get a Stunner [2] or Gungnir [2] you need to slot them via the NPC.
 

IIRC as of now those NPC dont have those options yet. CMIIW

Just like Butcher[0] and Butcher[1] i think, by quest.. 

Tempest is 1 slot ? uhhh why not 2-3 slots ? not fair haha

hmmm sounds like VF. make it enchantable too then we're set.
