try to login just with username without typing password and after pop up window write password and enter. maybe it help (at least i logged in from 4 attempt)

btw i always had login problem like this in ragnarok ash vaacum

Disconnect wifi and try again worked!!!

I tired all the suggestions - reboot, turn wifi on and off and lastly spent more than an hour trying to log in.  I will try to log on tomorrow so please fix this.

Will this be fixed soon? I tried 20 times already.

Don't bother trying. Basically what is happening is the login server cannot be pinged so the chance of being able to get in is close to slim to none. They appear to have moved login server to another machine and fudged up the settings somehow.

Not sure if steam/aeria users go through the same login server. If not these ppl should be able to get in.

Try open a windows command prompt, then type: ipconfig /flushdns

 

I don't have problem logging in so I wouldn't know the result.  A friend told me it worked for him just now.
