Well, I dont know where to post this, but here I go

I think I got hacked, I just logged in and 2 of my 3 accounts have their items wipped, and no zeny. Last time I played was yesterday. Im not sure exactly what to do know. I play on my home, and I dont share my acc with nobody.

put in a support ticket support.warpportal.com maybe they can reset you or something

thanks, I just did that. Now im gonna restart my PC and run a couple antivirus and antispyware programs.

hmm..i doubt its hack... actually I experience that in my 2 old different online games since 3-4 ago.

 

a sudden disconnect then when I back in 15 sec or less my in-game money is gone.

sometimes inventory Items only.(commonly in low level character)

 

i never find a answer on that and those 2 old online games never aid me on that problem.

(e.g. gimme free items or return my in-game money it didnt happen).

its really weird, my HP even got his eden equip dissapeared, and my merchant got the items in his cart (bmx3, magical stone, etc) replaced by random loot that was in my storage (used iron plate, dullahan helm, etc) and the zeny its not 0, is more than 0 but less than 500z (storage fee)

That is extremely weird. 

 

Change your RO passwords (in case it is a hack) and wait for GM response on the issue. Avoid using the effected accounts until you hear back from the GMs, because continuing to use the account will make it harder for the GMs to restore it.

It sounds like the database records that contain your character and storage data have somehow been corrupted. The GM Team should be able to restore them from a backup.

It sounds like the database records that contain your character and storage data have somehow been corrupted. The GM Team should be able to restore them from a backup.

I just logged in and my stuff is still gone, should they restore it automatically, or should I somehow ask them to?

Also, I sent a ticket and they concluded that I shared my account because I used multiples IP's to log in, this is just stupid.

To be honest, I (thankfully) don't have much experience in dealing with the GM Team, so I'm not the best person to ask such questions; however, if I had to make an educated guess, then I don't think they'll restore the items if you didn't specifically ask them to.

Please could you post their reply to you (with any and all personal information redacted)?

After that last message I sent another one and they said they will lock my account for further analysis, I hope they can do something.

I can post a screenshot of the entire conversation, but im not sure if I can do that.
