Ohai my fellow rosarians, i managed to scrape together 120 trash and got the lifeguard suit, then equipped it.

 

I had an old life guard buoy from an old summer event years and years back(Not ancient tho) so i equipped that aswell.

 

 

But when i run around the guard tower where the [Beach Resident] Casey Jean is located at, i recive no whistle. I spoke to him and used every option imaginable but still no whistle.

Do i have to gather 90 more trash and buy the 2014 lifeguard buoy edition or is the old one enough, but i just do things wrong?

 

 

EDIT: I have the suit and buoy equipped, nothing more and its equipped in the "avatar" section, not "costume"
