I think traps should be treated like Flames and not be healable.

I didn't bother single healing them. After a scout set them, I did the HP buff and a party heal and saw the green numbers of healing. The same used to work with flames until they changed flames to not be healable as they aren't "alive". Not that being able to heal the traps makes a difference because they are generally out of healing range, but I just thought they should be treated the same as flames since they are not "alive".

Fair enough, will see about getting that updated for next patch.
