How about due to the dcs and other crashes the EXP scrolls are only active when you're actually in game? Instead of running while you're desperately trying to log back in and getting "cannot connect", error 06 or your internet looses it's connection.

Yes, i suggested something like that before. They should add more Prepaid and more Sealled versions of the items in the mall. The Prepaid ones are the ones that are only active when the player is online, and the Sealled ones are the ones that can be traded.
