Whilst playing, a Gateway to Warp Portal alert message appears on my Windows menu-bar, informing me how many hours I've been playing and suggesting that I take a break. While I appreciate the concern, this alert message also removes focus from the game, causing my character to go non-responsive to my keystrokes. On more than one occasion this has been the direct cause of my character's death; more than one of those occasion has been at the most inconvenient time to die (ex: mid fight against an instanced boss)

I'd like to suggest removing this alert (and any other external notifications, for that matter), and replacing it(them) with plain-text, unobtrusive, non pop-up notification(s). IMO, any notifications regarding a game should be handled internally anyways.

Or you can just close WarpPortal once you are on DS

Hah! I didn't know I could do that. I'd just assumed it would also close DA.
