It seems that alot of people still have questions about how they should submit a ticket on the WarpPortal site.
Step 1: How to begin
Go to the WarpPortal Support site by clicking on this link and make a new account.
Alot of people do not know this, but for the Support site of Warpportal, you have to make a new account.
(The account that you use on the main warpportal site is not linked to the Support site.)
Step 2: Starting a ticket.
After you logged in, click on the 'Submit a Ticket' link on the home page of the WarpPortal Support site.
Now you have to choose the right Department. Since we are on the R.O.S.E. Online section of the forum, we select ROSE Support.
Step 3: Making your ticket.
Let's begin filling in our ticket.
As you probably know, the fields marked with the red stars are important, these have to be filled in.
Display name:
Here, you enter your real name.
Email Address:
Here you enter the e-mail used for your WarpPortal Support-site account
Account ID:
Here you enter the name of the account in question.
Character Name (Optional):
Here you enter the name of the Character in question.
ROSE World (Optional):
Choose between Leonis and Draconis.
WarpPortal Email:
Here you enter the e-mail used on the WarpPortal main site and forum.
Subject:
Here you enter the subject of the ticket that you are creating.
Message Body:
Here you enter details about your problem or inquiry. Make sure you use correct spelling and only enter things that are important

Attachments (Optional):
Here you can pick up to 5 files that you want to show the GameMasters to give them a better view of the situation.
Last but not least you click on 'Submit Ticket'
The ticket will be red and processed by any of the GameMasters that work at Gravity. The time it takes for a ticket to be answered depends on the workload and the case.
