Hi I am a warrior atm, trying to decide if I should use Devil Set (the special one from wheel) or Fire Guardian Set?
I notices both gives +% to stats and movement speed about the same, but which one will be better when it gets fully upgraded +20 and to orange?

Thanks in advance

A mix of the fire and water set is the best. You may gain some hp if you stack a lot of hlt because the 6 set bonus for fire is a percent bonus to hlt, but the amount of aim you would lose from going full fire is not worth any extra hlt gains. The guardian sets are better stat wise than the special sets from the mixboard. If you are going to use the sets from the mixboard, I would recommend going 4/3 for extra hlt.

I'd use this, as a warrior, and switch shoulders and boots to the opposite if for some reason I want more movespeed.

Fire:
helm
shoulders
gloves

Water:
Wings
Top
Bottom
Shoes

Thx Maronu XD

What about the +5% aim rate and +15% crit damage from the wheel special ones? are they any good?

Yeah they are good, but you still get 50 hlt, 42 agi, and +15 aim with the mixed set. If the warrior you are talking about is going to be a knight, you may want to consider that the guardian sets are also good because you get some absolute defense rate (raises block rate according to Yurai). Crit damage is good, but you need a lot of it to see a big difference, and 15 percent isn't enough to offset the advantages of the guardian sets imo.

You're not even going to get one piece to +16 and orange.

A mixture of Fire, Water, and Devil/Angel is the best for WMs/Shamans.

Stacking damage reduction? I didn't even think about that. How much can you get?

Physical DR: 3% (Water Boots) + 3% (Water Bottom) + 3% (Fire Top) + 3% (Fire Helm) + 5% (Angel/Devil Wings) = 17%

Magical DR: 5% (Water Top) + 5% (Water Helm) + 5% (Fire Shoulders) + 5% (Fire Bottom) + 5% (Angel/Devil Wings) = 25%

This is assuming you go all for one or all for the other. The amounts vary if you mix, of course.

Also, if you consider Heirloom Pythanous' Earrings (+10% Physical DR), Heirloom Arka's Necklace (+10% Magical DR), Skeleton Bandage/Shield (+4% Physical OR Magical DR, or BOTH), and rings (which can now get 1% Physical or Magical DR, I believe), then...

About 33% maximum Physical DR, or 41% maximum Magical DR.

If you want to go further, consider wizards' magical barrier skill (30% Physical/Magical DR), and monks' Heirloom Chaos Hera set (20% Physical DR).

So...

Wizard/Warlock/Sorceror: 63% maximum Physical DR, 71% maximum Magical DR.

Mage/Monk/Invoker: 53% maximum Physical DR, 41% maximum Magical DR.

(^^^Again, please note, this assumes you are going purely for Physical DR or purely for Magical DR.)

I'm pretty sure those are the right numbers. If I'm missing something, someone please just slap me.

You're missing Antares and a future pet which gives up to 5%. Also, Mana shield doesn't reduce magic, only physical. And level 10 = 40%.

So in theory, WMs can get:

40% mana shield + 17% cash + 5% pet + 4% shield + 6% antares + 10% pyth + 5% accessories = 87% phys drop.

Really? Wow, I always thought it affected both since it just said "damage" in the description. Well, that's not so bad for shammies then.
