After I fail the master quest, I try to reset it, but when I enter the arena, the mobs are not there, the arena is empty. I try re-take the quest, still has the same issue. I also try to close the application and open it again, still has the same issue.

did you consider the time of respawn of the mobs?

if you cant find other resolutions about this, kindly send a ticket about it on the support team i think thats the best way

hmm.. I really dunno , but have you tried to uninstall & reinstall the game? (

Did you try abandoning the quest and retaking it? Also make sure to reset dungeon, its near where threat meter and mini map is. On the upper right corner of your screen.
