would affect all physical damage classes making them rebuff attack speed every 2 mins i think bad idea would have to rebuff 30+ times during a raid >.> DNA is fine just change skills

they should get rid of all the damage +5 ones for 1st job classes those are worthless it doesnt even add damage to the skill

think u all mean why u doing dna and skills first and not fixing the actual game bugs.
pretty sure we all see through the staling for more milking routine.
(although this week im playing ranger in foc and enjoying the wall thats been buged since implemented start s2 to stop rangers... ye that worked)

- make all buffs start at 10 min...remove all buf duration dna. the only exception i can think of is mystic def/heal totem. (which is not really a buff)
- make all swift dna 5 pnts.
- remove all pet dna in dominator.
- Dominator: add attack cast time dna 4-10%. add quick attack dna for kazara. remove the pet buff skills and just add the damage to the pets as they level. give dominator fury with low damage attached to its tiks.
- remove all potens skill dna besides dashes. add lower cooldowns to the skill as u level.
- add more aoe dnas to single target skills(this is why elem fails)
- start all aoe dnas at +2 targets.
after all that whats left?? important things like damage, aoe range, more targets. im sik and tired of dna fillers. its not like we dont have to waste enough points in skills to get to the part that matters...dna fillers are just stupid.
its really ridiculous that dominator/defiler requires 30 dna to make one skill functional...much less survivable.
thats why i suggest vamp touch be turned into a single target skill leech party buff. no more 30 dna to make a skill or class functional.

It's still a bad suggestion, you should just lower the casting speed and cooldown make the 5-10 DNA spent on it increase the AoE and the radius of it.

well its good that you get rid of DNA that don`t make much sense - like you said into your Note.
and it sounds logic to give all Races and Class the same amount on DNA Skill Count thats only fair.
But i wonder how this alone will change anything on the current Situation?
The DNA and Skills are not the real Problem - Cash Shop is.
Do you take free Player into your calculation? non Spenders for DNA Coupons?
Let me tell you about the MAIN Problem with DNA!
Some Skills are pretty much Worthless without spending 20-30 or even more extra DNA Points into it.
Look at the Vampire Touch the Traps from Avenger, nearly each Class needs to spend on extra DNA
or the Class won`t work or is not enjoyable.
You have to change that or some Classes stay Cash Shop Classes only.
Well its pretty much like that already.
I can only guess but... a better Way to do this would be:
Skills on lower lvl are not so powerful but DNA could change that - to give em a meaning even later on.
Powerful Skills from higher lvl are atm not Powerful without DNA. How can that be?
60-80 Skills should not need so much DNA to work.
DNA should work like a addition but not like a requirement
The Extra DNA should work: on a AoE that have 8 targets already , like giving em 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 more
but should not work like a Solo Target and with DNA into AoE thats just greedy!
I hope you see my Point.

Decreasing the time of the Terms of Service gonna be sucks! They just gonna wait until the Terms of Service end "" Becouse it will be short time of Terms of Service"", and well, BB Defiler. LEL
Make the Blind Instant for the Defiler then u can decrease the Terms of Service.
