Hello Me and a friend are trying to play thru the site as we download the game but is saying Unknown User as we start up the game on site We already went to our E-mail and accepted but nothing any help?

So you downloaded the client but when you try to log in, it says that you are a unknown user? For the client? Or does it just state that for the Facebook Client?
Are you sure you registered a Requiem account? The WarpPortal account and Requiem account are separate.

hi there.
i have some trouble in my game account it's from FB account and i dont know how i will transfer my game account in to easy log in not to many numbers on log. its very annoying to remember a lot of numbers
please help how can i make it easy to log, also i need to top up WP to have premium i need an WP account my FB cant log on WP. is theres something problem?
