This idea is quite simple. It allows the player to setup a macro. However, it has a limitation on its ability and the player must unlock the limitations through leveling. For instance at level 10 you might have access for 2 macro entries. At level 70 you might have access to 14 entries.
The way the macro works should be simple to avoid abuse. In a window, the player can lay down a chain of actions. Such as they drag the power attack skill into slot 1, delay 2 seconds into slot 2, and repeat into slot 3.
