Pacific Rim only has action figures, no model kits at all. I would love to get Jaeger model kits if they exist.

And I'm here to eagerly eat my words, because a company called Max Factory is producing Pacific Rim model kits.

Found someone selling Gipsy Danger on eBay, so now I excitedly await its addition to my model kit collection. My wallet's in big trouble if they come out with Striker Eureka and Crimson Typhoon. ><

Bandai is also producing Pacific Rim model kits, but only for the Uprising group of jaegers. (meh)

Designs look nice, but people are saying the quality of the kits aren't nearly as good as GunPla, so I guess I'll wait until they get better. Hopefully they'll release designs based on War for Cybertron, because I would throw all the money at them.

Looked up more information on them and apparently they're based in Hong Kong. But somehow they managed to win the licensing rights from Hasbro to produce Transformers model kits even though they're fairly new to model kit production.

They have two lines of model kits: KURO KARA KURI and Furai Model. Their KURO KARA KURI kits are their high-end kits, which include die-cast parts and priced in the $320+ range. (Trying to compete with Bandai's Perfect Grade Gunpla right out of the gate, I see.) The Furai Model kits are more in the Master Grade Gunpla range of prices with all plastic parts.

So far, the Transformers designs look pretty cool. But I'm a fan of War for Cybertron designs when it comes to Transformers, so I'm going to wait and see if they'll do a WFC collection. In the meantime, I still have one more MSG Wing kit to build plus a Zoid and a Pacific Rim jaeger, so my wallet's safe for now.
