i think it simply says that the amount you get depends on the current rate of your native currency to dollar conversion since rates change all the time. just continue with the purchase and you should be fine.

The message you received is - as TontonAlarcon said - completely normal.
I also got this message. It just tells you that the amount of WPE can change because of the conversion from your currency to dollars.
I just made a screenshot to show you that I get the same message:
But it would be a good idea if you would tell us exactly what problem you have... I don't really understand what is wrong.

May I ask what Internet Browser you use?
The old Opera (v12.x) is not working properly. Also you may encounter problems if you use an older Internet Explorer.
Firefox, Opera Next and Chrome should work well when updated to the latest version.
Do you have an Adblocker installed? If yes, you should disable it.
