Good Day! I've been searching the net for the materials needed for the Himmelmez and Cazar gears and weapons, anyone know a website or thread that have a compilation of all the materials needed for the gears and weapons? Thank you!

What you can do is: make an alt, make it an Artisan or Blacksmith, open your Craft window (J) and go to Not Learned recipes, then look for Himmelmez there. Like so---
As for Cazar, afaik they're exclusively dropped by monsters.

would You Be so kind to post here the Guide to see the material of every gear?
Create a new Blacksmith or Artisan, open the job menu and switch to the "not learned" tab. There you'll see all the Himmelmez materials needed.
