Due to a DB error we had to rollback the server today to 4am.

 

Any item mall purchases that were lost due to the server roll back are automatically being refunded in points. (Should be completed in the next couple hours).

 

 

Direct your QQs here. Apparently they're aware of the issue.

 

Everyone should avoid playing for the time being unless they want things to randomly disappear from their inventory and wallet.

 

Reasons why you shouldn't be playing Renewal right now:

I like how it can revert the item from the trade and make the FAW i purchased vanish but the zeny doesn't come back... lol

I wouldn't try it till a CM or someone official says everything is clear. Just imagine the item recoveries they'll have to do tomorrow (today) if people carry on while the server isn't holding onto character/acc data :<

Not really, last time this happened it lasted a lot longer and was doing a lot more crazy things. So it's a close second place

Almost 8:30am at the office afaik. I'd be surprised if they weren't there or on their way.

 

Not that the CMs deal with these issues. They also have a 24 hour outsourced GM team.

I do remember something like this happened before. I think it was last year or the year before.

They announced that on a certain period of time they're gonna do maintenance or something, and warned players that whatever is done during that period won't be saved.

 

I still played because I was bored and yes, nothing I did during that time was saved.

However the random map thing didn't happen to me back then.

Ah that explains why I got warped to many different places while entering and exiting eden.

And also stuff I sold got returned to my cart, and stuff I bought didn't show up. My zeny balance remains the same though.

(Zeny is as if I never sold the item, and I never bought the item)

My sister had this problem when she went to eden. Earlier her char completed all payon cave bounty and redeemed the exp, zeny and emb. Her char leveled up (base n job) then she went to eden. Instead of 1st floor, she was warped to 2nd floor small room. She went out and there were no people or npc. After that she went to 1st floor and it was normal again. When she relog again, her level drop back, zeny was less and 1 emb gone. The bounty list for payon cave was not in the quest list. Wasted time to hunt all those monsters and to lose the exp, zeny and emb.

by the way that weird prontera map! your friend was refering to? i also experienced that when I bwing then respawn in a prontera with no people but random low tier monsters 0_o  scary place, i just dont seem to remember how i did it though!

 

 

encountered a similar problem.. job exp bugged up, went from 99.8% to 0.1% and showed level up animation, but still at job 27. also, my job manual and reset stone are still in my inventory despite using them in mid TI.

 

on the warps, happened a bunch of times. gramps warped me into abyss lake. afterwards, used butterfly wing and ended up in the lower left corner of Payon, right in the water with a Ragged Zombie. after killing it, i used a flywing and ended up in Nameless Island's Abbey o_o. no idea what's going on.

 

man...this one i got from other thread, the random warps to a map which condition is unlike the original map itself seems pretty creepy.
