Sorry I don't know that can I ask this question here or not but I have a bit of worry.

 

I had try first time buying WP, and the system say that I need to verification first

after sometime i got an e-mail say they find some issue on my account so they can't let

me buy WP.

 

Anyone know what heppen to me?

You have to wait to be verified because Gravity, along with a lot of other companies get scammed by people doing charge backs.

 

They want to make sure you're legit. There's 0 wait time after your first purchase afaik.

You need to send a support ticket to the Payment Department about the matter. Sending tickets can be done through Warpportal Support page. Make sure to register a support account first. It will help you read and reply tickets and review their status.
