I have an ancient account from before this warp portal stuff was added, but I've forgotten my password. When I try the password recovery deal, it tells me the info on the forum is wrong, even though it's perfectly correct. What the hell am I supposed to do here?

Submit a ticket to WarpPortal Support. (Be sure to create a Support account as WarpPortal will not automatically generate one for you.) It's better to check back on ticket responses through the Support site instead of relying on emails because there's been many cases of people not receiving email notifications due to spam filters.
