Since the support page is down, I thought I'd inquire if there is any other way to open a ticket regarding finding & reactivating my old characters from 2003 - previously on the Chaos server.

I'm currently playing on Valkyrie - is there a way for Gravity to credit me my old characters? I'm still using the same account - my old characters are missing though...

Your characters from Chaos should be on the pay-to-play server Ymir. The only transfers allowed are from Valk -> Ymir (currently disabled), not the other way around, so if you want to play your old characters, you'll need to pay for a subscription.
