If you are from the Philippine’s they were having issues with connecting.
WarpPortal
We are aware that some Philippine’s ISP's are having technical issues now; thus, making the WP games and website inaccessible to some users.

Hi Ultimus!
Have you already resolved your issue? if not then try these steps.
If you are using Windows 7
1.) Open Windows Firewall then click Advance Settings then click Inbound Rules then click New Rule (Upper right side).
2.) Under Rule Type, select Port then click Next.
3.) Select TCP and select specific local ports, under specific ports please input 80,29000,29100,29200 then click Next.
4.) Select Allow the connection then click Next
5.) Make sure that all boxes have check then click Next
6.) Give it a name, anything you want, for example rose online na, then click Finish
7.) Now try to open your ROSEonline application, don't click Start yet, just click the ">>" sign beside it then click Check Plugins then try to click Start now and log in your account.
I hope this resolves your problem
