I mean lets fact it, 90 Intelligence gives so much more damage to this skill than 90 Strength that it's pretty laughable. I mean take a look and Compare:
90 Int = 4500 damage that never misses, non element so will do 100% damage to everything including Shadow, Holy and Ghost Monsters. Doesn't matter what equip/weap you are wearing.
90 Str = 900 Damage that can miss like a normal hit. Element Matters so can Either be reduced or increased. But can never be increased more than 200% for elements. Race, Element and Size cards do not add +% damage. Only Right Hand atk affects damage.
Now the long and short of this is if you are going to bother with this skill you are going to want very high Int. The problem that I see is that there is NO Guillotine Cross skills that I can see that will benefit from High Int. They are all Melee improving skills as far as I can tell. This means that the most important skills appear to me to be Strength, Agility and Dexterity. Since you are going to want the first 2 really high I see really no points left for Intelligence. I would rather put excess points into Vit or Luk.
Oh I forgot to add that the 2.8 sec Cast Delay makes this a difficult skill to Spam meaning you are going to get hit a lot.
I think I would really prefer Meteor Assault, esp for a Str/Agi/Dex build. Would be extremely useful.
