Hi, I'm sorta new at this game, but I reeaally need help finding that npc i hafta talk to to become a gladiator. I don't know where he is and I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do. My character is lvl 21 and i shouldve taken the quest for it on lvl 20

Hey, it's good I memorized the names! ^^
There is this fat man with blue armor, and his name is Evan. I THINK he is next to the blacksmith, but I'm not sure...
For the quest, when you have to get it from him, do this one by one.
1) Collect 20 medallions in Bearded Whale Coast
2) Beat Hookah F2
3) Beat Hookah F4
I think that's about it.

Yes his name is Evan and he is next to the blacksmith as well as the Port of Winds North Puff Tower.

Also you no longer have to do Hookah F4 to job advance.
