to those who doesn't even know what is Luxury Diamond Accessories, it is an accessories which you can only purchased with honor points thru Honor Shop NPC Henry.

 

 

It is good for Artisan Concentration Crafter type, it has a base stats of con 30/str 10, you can replaced the Luxury Diamond Necklace with Hirias tear for better results

I doubt that since the majority of those honor accessory is now character locked. Unless you're lucky enough to have someone sell them off.
