Oh nevermind i just asked for a working ragexe.exe from a friend of mine and it seems to be working until the login screen but i cant login atm "Failed to connect to server" so i will just going to wait for an hour or so to see if its my patcher problem or the server's

its 110% server fault.. gunna have to wait it out
