One of the main things about being a warlock is getting the elemental AOE's. This helps a lot in Woe, and if you MvP this will give great Mob control. Here is the build that I am going to use. I am only a HW right now. Warlock Skill Build

Wizard AoE's are pathetic for woe. Unless you can read and memorize a lot of skills for release the cast time of those (around 4 seconds cast with decent int and dex) are too high for their ridiculous damage (spamming Soul Expansion without White Impresion deals more damage in less time that all cast and delay of all 3 AoE's).

I like your frost mysty and jack frost combo mastered. I think frost mysty 5 is a really good choice if you are looking for a woe build. But this skill build seems made for debuff instead dps.
