I wanted to change my registered email address, and the support team asked me to log in WP support page to update my ticket.
At this page: https://support.warp...in/Default.aspx, after I put in my log in crenditials nothing happens. Why??

WarpPortal accounts are separate from Support accounts in case you get hacked and can't access your WarpPortal account. WarpPortal account information =/= Support account information.
