I logged out last night with well over 100 intimacy on my dieter, and when i hopped on my char this morning he cant call or res as if it ran away. But it was put away? thats weeks of work that disappeared I always fed it too

Send in a support ticket (check signature for link) and GM will investigate what happened for you. For cases with run away Homunculus/Pet GM offers a restoration service so don't worry. To apply for a restoration service read the article here. If you don't have a Warpportal Support Account it would be best to create one now, it will help you greatly track down your tickets status and interact with the support team.

I've heard of this issue before - what can happen (seems to be very rare), is that you log out, but something goes wrong, and your character stays in game, and doesn't get logged out until you next try to log in. If this is in a dungeon, this is just a nuisance, since your homun will go comatose and the monsters around will eventually kill you.

But in town, yeah, it'll make your homun run away.

yeah to be safe i always vaporize prior to logging out.  sometimes even after logging out the server will recognize my login the next day for whatever reason...

I am a steam based account so I can't register a real name with the forums :/

 

But yes I sent in a ticket, but oddly enough I didn't get a confirmation email about my ticket, and I forgot to copy+paste the ticket id # so I have no way of checking on the ticket until I either magically have a homunc back or give up hope :/ hope I get it back though, it was a level 100 Dieter, without events it'll take months to remake.

You can view it by logging into support site - you can get a list of tickets you've opened.
