In the past, you could scroll through the pm windows, chat boxes, and 1:1 chats, even after you were DC'ed, by using pgup and pgdn. This was INCREDIBLY USEFUL.

Today, i was DC'ed while i had a 1:1 chat window open with someone who was AFK when i asked them a question. They answered it, but in too many lines, so the key answer was 1 line above the line that was showing. I was not able to read the answer. This is ridiculously stupid. There is absolutely no reason to disable the scroll buttons if the player is DC'ed.
