I have important stuff to do in the morning on that day. irl takes precedence over a game.

I guess this is 4 am for Germany/France and 3 am for the UK! Don't know about the others, but I'd have no trouble waking up at 6 am my time. So this should be 12 PM CST? I know it is hard to find a time fitting for everyone, but that is just my suggestion.
actually it would be 12am, midnight CST

10 PM CST is 5 am (Germany/France GMT+1) or 4 am (God bless the Queen land GMT). Want me to make a table or something with the times, since people have trouble figuring it out even with the link i gave. :>

It is, but 8 pm PST on the 26th is something like 3 pm for Aussies on the 27th (took Melbourne as a reference point, GMT+17)

oh i was just correcting pm to am, didn't check to see if it was the correct time
so i guess 11pm CST would be 6am in germany/france and 4pm in sydney. i wouldn't mind that time either, but might be kind of late for the east coast people, especially if the event runs longer than expected.
off topic: i was looking at australia's time zones and just thought it was weird that the time changes 1 hr if you move north/south vs. the normal east/west. and some places just like to be different with their half-hours and quarter-hours.

Yeah, they're kinda weird down under. But I still love all of them. Specially when they yell at me and call me a . lol

Thanks Onii-chan. What you mean I call you a ? I....I.........I would never do such a thing to the Onii-chan I love so much. The most I would call you is a pervert for being so ecchi!
Anyways have we decided the time for the Odin Exchange?

I mean if there are gift givers/receivers who really cant do the overall time slot then it would not be a horrible idea to give them each others names/forums accounts so they could arrange a time that works at a later date and then the one/if either that can make the event time could still go and mingle and enjoy the atmosphere. Just my thoughts.
Also, bump

The event is pretty much an in-game social for recipients to meet their Secret Odins and formalize the gift exchange. I will be following up after the event for those who couldn't attend so everyone will know of their Secret Odins one way or another.

Hopefully the Lutie quests don't interfere with the event too much.
Interfere? How?

Interfere? How?
Last year, people doing the Lutie quests kept coming into the event area and begging for free items among other annoying things.
