"Good" around 8xx Int will do.. but seriously with how Int affects buffs.. 500 int compared to 800 int doesn't make alot of difference.

It só does. I really noticed it with my noob.
First I got buffed by someone with 650 INT and I hard a hard time killing krawfies.
After that I buffed myself with my 855 INT and I had no problems in killing krawfies

same here
but its effects arent that prominent during PVP or 150+ lvls PVM ....
the accuracy and AP buffs (possibly dodge for raiders if they dont have mirror phantasm) really make a difference in the 1st 100 lvls......
