You must contact the GMs - they cannot discuss account related issues through the forums. Please submit a ticket via support.warpportal.com asking why you were banned and whether you account is eligible for release (you will have to create an account there if you haven't used the ticket system before - support accounts are separate from WP accounts so you can get help if your WP account isn't working)
