I log in and all my toons have been whipped clean. at select they appear fine but as soon as I log n, everything is gone

not true.. can log..just a small problem there: stuck on loading screen showing 100% loaded     somtn new.. better then stuck on char screen? how bout fixing all that -_- once and for good

I've seen that error before about 2 years ago, happens when they remove an item from the game even though you still have it.

 

In my circumstance it had to do with son of santa skill resets being removed, I had left one in my bank after the event and when i went to move it to my bags, I kept getting that bug. Ticketing got it fixed.

Really though. There are nonstop events...isn't that enough compensation?

So what's the point in compensation if we will never be able to actually enjoy it?
