Was my account erased?

I had an account that was around before this "Warp portal" stuff. I'm curious if it was deleted in the overhaul? I used this particular account from before 2007 to 2009 and there are A LOT of things I'd prefer to not have been deleted. Not sure what direction to go in from here, but i'd like to join the pay servers again with my old account as opposed to starting from scratch. Awaiting help!

The biggest issue btw is that I can't seem to remember what email i used.

my girlfriend is trying to get her old account atm and this is the same problem we're having, you could try to submit a ticket, but i honestly dont even know if they read them. i've been waiting for a while now.

submit a ticket to support.warpportal.com and include as much info as you know.
Accounts are never deleted.
They're running i think 4-6 day backlog on tickets lately though :-(

Best thing is to attach some old screenshots from your chars.

I did this, I submitted a ticket, with all the information i could think of.
including screenshots, really old ones too. And explained that i cant access the email registered since it was made in beta. back when i didnt know how emails worked. thus a friend made it for me.
But ive played on the account for over 5 years. So i think it should be entitled to me.
It's been 5 days since i sent that ticket to warp portal, still no reply.
Hopefully all goes well.

Be sure to register a Support account on the Support site and log on from time to time to check the status of your ticket there. Emails tend to be iffy due to spam filters of various email providers.
