I have just made a 1320 purchase through Load Central and when I entered the ePin, I am getting an error that says:
"There has been an error with the product information"
The ePin I was provided with (an sent through as SMS) starts with PPT(followed by 18 numbers), is there anything you can do about it? Its quite a lot of money, which makes me so furious right now.
I have reported this to Load Central and they will provide feedback by tomorrow.
Please help.
