Load Central error

I have just made a 1320 purchase through Load Central and when I entered the ePin, I am getting an error that says:

 

"There has been an error with the product information"

 

The ePin I was provided with (an sent through as SMS) starts with PPT(followed by 18 numbers), is there anything you can do about it? Its quite a lot of money, which makes me so furious right now.

 

I have reported this to Load Central and they will provide feedback by tomorrow.

 

Please help.

Sorry that you are having this problem. Hopefully you will get it resolved with Load Central but if not, you should make a ticket so support can assist you. Here is the link to make a ticket  https://support.warp...d0-2c9112bce7db  Please give support 48 hours to reply to any ticket you make.

 

In order to check the status of your ticket online, you must make a special account and here is the link to do that  https://support.warp...rmRegister.aspx  You will also receive emails regarding updates to your ticket.
